Seden founded Starfall in 2016 with a clear mission: to build thoughtful, high-quality software. With 14 years of experience across fintech, SaaS, and e-commerce, she brings a rare combination of full-stack engineering and product design expertise. At Starfall, she works across both disciplines, contributing to system architecture and backend development while also leading UI/UX and product design on client projects. She holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science (Honours) with a minor in Mathematics from Toronto Metropolitan University, and has been recognized with several academic and industry awards along the way. She is committed to building a tech industry in Canada that is more inclusive and representative.

Can brings a unique perspective to development, shaped by eight years of management experience that taught him the value of craft, precision, and collaboration. Today he's a full-stack developer who works across web, mobile, and AI-powered applications, with a strong ability to understand what clients actually need and translate it into something real. He has extensive experience in client communications and translating technical concepts for stakeholders and boards.

Omer brings a strong combination of financial regulation expertise and technology fluency to the Starfall team. With over four years in capital markets working on trade surveillance and AML compliance, and five years leading audit projects across market risk, GDPR, and AML/CFT, he understands what regulatory rigour looks like in practice. He ensures our operations meet the highest standards of compliance and operational integrity.
